Filmate.ai is an AI-powered short-form talking head video editor. Users can upload videos, and our platform automatically edits them using advanced AI techniques.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Filmate.ai. You are responsible for your account and for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

We offer monthly subscription plans:

• Basic ($29/month): 20 videos/month, customizable captions, auto-positioning, text-based trimming, AI-generated hooks, 1080p export.
• Standard ($49/month): 40 videos/month. Includes everything in Basic plus auto sentence emphasis, custom backgrounds, zoom effects, entity search, transitions, and background music, Custom B-rolls with auto search and 15 B-roll uploads.
• Pro ($69/month): 80 videos/month. Includes everything in Standard plus custom B-rolls with AI-powered search, Up to 30 B-roll uploads, Priority support.

We also offer 1 free video edit per user. All payments are securely processed by Paddle.com.

5. No Refund Policy

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including unused time or dissatisfaction. Please try the free edit before purchasing a plan.

6. User Content

By uploading videos, you grant Filmate.ai a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of editing. You retain ownership of your original media.

7. Intellectual Property

All technology, trademarks, and content on Filmate.ai are the property of the company or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the platform.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or misuse of our services.

9. Disclaimer

Filmate.ai is provided “as is”. We make no guarantees about specific outcomes or uninterrupted service. Use at your own risk.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Indian law.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Filmate.ai after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
